Only manuscripts prepared in accordance with our requirements will be considered! These requirements have been developed and revised over several years, taking into account the recommendations of the Higher Attestation Commission, requirements of international and national databases as well as modern publishing standards and rules. They and are designed to promote good communication in the international academic space. Postgraduate students as well as PhD and doctoral candidates are required to submit a recommendation letter from their scientific adviser. The letter does not substitute for a peer-review, but only guarantees the article’s sufficient academic level.
