Abstract

The paper analyzes Clause 92 of the RF Criminal Code providing for exemption from punishment for minors due to implementation of compulsory educational measures. The author identifies gaps and contradictions in the legislative regulation of special types of exemption from punishment for minors and makes suggestions for their elimination.
