Humanitarian and Social Sciences (Starting from 2001)

Until 1 January 2012 the journal’s name was Vestnik of Pomor University. Series “Humanitarian and Social Sciences”

Academic peer-reviewed journal recognized by the Russian research community.

The journal is included by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the list of Russian peer-reviewed academic journals publishing major scientific results of theses for academic degrees of doctor and candidate of sciences.

We publish articles in Russian and English.

The series is issued 6 times a year and offers publications covering the basic research activities in the fields of history and archeology, philosophy, philology.

Aims and scope:

1. provide scholars with an opportunity to publish their findings;

3. exchange scholarly information in the international academic space.

All the articles published in the journal are in open access.
