Abstract

The article provides a historical analysis of the state insurance policy, proves the cyclic nature of the process of insurance statization and reveals factors that influence statization and destatization of insurance. On the basis of SWOT-analysis, the possible effects of increasing and reducing state involvement in the sphere of insurance are studied.
