Abstract

The problem of functioning of the two types of economy: market and planned distributive is considered in line with the law of unity and struggle of opposites. After their destruction, in the period of chaos everything nonviable is being «burnt», and on the basis of real institutions of the two previous economies an Open Sustainable Society is being formed.
