Abstract

The article deals with the essence of the notion «spiritual and intellectual space». The content and structure of the notion are being defined; the problem of forming Arctic solidarity in the context of the growing geopolitical role of the Arctic in the modern world is being actualized; the factors and preconditions for closer relations between peoples living in the Arctic region are being determined.
