Abstract

The article considers mechanisms of creating ethnic identity and understanding of ethnicity by the

leaders of the organizations, as well as analyzes discourses of experts. Ethnicity is considered from the

point of view of the constructivist approach according to which a person’s identity undergoes changes

during his/her life, being a process and at the same time a product of the most common theoretical views

and social discourses.
