Abstract

The article continues a series of studies in the field of metaphysics of the North. On the basis of the analysis of the sea complex in Norwegian and Pomor cultures, the article reveals the path of genesis and specific character of analytical and continental philosophy. The authors demonstrate continental identity in philosophical views of M.V. Lomonosov and show elements of "continentalism" in Wittgenstein's philosophy.
