Abstract

The article analyzes activities of a British journalist and expert on Russia Donald Mackenzie Wallace who in 1906–1907 acted as an unofficial adviser of the British Ambassador in St. Petersburg Arthur Nicolson and promoted the Anglo-Russian Rapprochement of 1907.
