Abstract

This article covers the results of the Professors’ Forum that took place in Moscow in February 2019. The author analyses the reports and speeches made on the current state of and prospects for science and education in Russia, as well as key problems discussed. In addition, the paper characterizes the forum’s draft resolution, ways and means of solving relevant problems of higher education and science in Russia as well as promoting them on the international arena.
