The value basis of the educational system, resting on spiritual and moral values, implies open relations between the subjects in social reality. Dialogical interaction between the subjects that is devoid of value-bearing content cannot be spiritually productive due to its alienation from personal values, since it fails to contribute to the formation of spiritual and moral values and the development of the inner world. Dialogical interaction is a dialogue of equal subjects, whose value-bearing side is not always equivalent in meaning and content, but has the same right to exist. The participants in the dialogue determine the value-bearing content of their opinions, comparing which one can decode spiritual information and develop the personal Self. Dialogical forms of communication reveal the goal-setting of the subjects fostering their spiritual and moral values in the educational system. It is shown that dialogical interaction has shaped a tendency to form a single global social space with a single world language and blurred national characteristics. This has made modern society in Russia reappraise world values and placed new demands on consumer culture. A methodological analysis of philosophical studies allowed us to consider dialogical interaction in a society’s educational activities as the most important factor influencing the formation of a person’s spiritual and moral values in the educational system. Moreover, it enabled us to define the mission of dialogical interaction in the development of Russia and the humanity. At the general scientific level, the methodology of dialogical interaction helps to introduce a person to spiritual and moral values through the educational system, to organize value-oriented activities and search for values in the process of developing a system of attitudes towards the world, other people and oneself, with the ultimate goal of creating a sustainable “spiritual immunity” against the negative phenomena in the society and in various groups of people.Keywordsdialogical interaction, spiritual and moral values, educational system, social systems, subjects of interaction, value basisReferences1.
