Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the results of the scientific conference of young scientists: postgraduate students, Master’s Degree students, and students of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov. The conference discussed burning issues of the socioeconomic, sociopolitical and international situation of the Arkhangelsk Region, as well as prospects for its development, its place and role in the development of the North and the Arctic. The conference continued to analyse the problems identified at the 4th International Arctic Forum “Arctic: Territory of Dialogue”, which was held in Arkhangelsk in late March 2017.
