Lomonosov. The conference discussed burning issues of the socioeconomic, sociopolitical and international situation of the Arkhangelsk Region, as well as prospects for its development, its place and role in the development of the North and the Arctic. The conference continued to analyse the problems identified at the 4th International Arctic Forum “Arctic: Territory of Dialogue”, which was held in Arkhangelsk in late March 2017.KeywordsArkhangelsk Region, North, Arctic, geopolitics, international relations, national and regional interests |
