Abstract

This article analyses the results of the International Scientific Conference “The Year of 1917 in the Fate of Regions, Russia and the World: A View from the 21st Century”, which was held in Arkhangelsk and Onega in July 2017. The list of conference participants, representatives of six countries, and collections of articles are characterized. The author dwells on the content of the sections and round tables, as well as the problems which were discussed at the conference.
