The author of this monograph, published in Germany, took into account the existing approaches to this problem and developed an original lexicographical description of political vocabulary, showing its temporal and ideological characteristics. When analysing political discourse, the author paid attention to lexemes with the political component of meaning, their behaviour in a speech act and in a text of a certain ideological orientation. It is exactly this cognitive and communicative approach that brings forward the unique functioning of political vocabulary.Keywordspolitical linguistics, political vocabulary, cognitive science, cognitive and communicative approach, pragmatics, axiosphere, ideologeme, lexicography |
