Abstract

The history of Russian emigration, including military emigration, in the aftermath of the events of 1917 and Civil War in Russia is still of great public and scholarly interest. Vladislav Goldin presents in his book an integral and fundamental research into the confrontation between Russian military emigrants and Soviet special services in the 1930s. The book is based on a broad range of various sources and is an important contribution to modern emigration studies.
