Abstract

Childhood and culture are mutually tangled. In spite of the endless richness of child’s world, it includes only those elements that constitute the heritage of a specific culture. In the article, childhood is considered as a period of infant life and development when a child’s system of values and meanings is formed. Based on the analysis of some lullabies, peculiarities of the value and meaning space of child’s world are considered.
