Abstract

The urgency of psi-phenomena issues on the whole lies in the fact that, in view of the established facts, there exist kinds or forms of the matter depending on the consciousness and thought. Thought is material, but this matter is of a special kind: a psychic matter, which needs to be extensively studied as a unit of human psyche and consciousness.
