Abstract

The article proves the importance of the problem of development of variability as a general creative ability of primary school children. It also considers brief characteristics of variability indicators (fluency, flexibility and originality) as well as presents the course and results of the experiment on studying features of development of variability as a general creative ability in research activities of primary school children depending on their gender, age and character of studying.
