Abstract

The article analyzes mechanisms that contribute to involving young people in public activities with the help of social institutions which young people can influence while solving their own problems and at the same time get acquainted with democratic values of the civil society. In his article the author analyzes youth parliamentarism as a phenomenon which is new to Russia.
