Abstract

century The article reveals geopolitical, legal and organizational problems of the Northern Sea Route management at the beginning of the 21st century and presents an analysis of documents that determine Russian naval policy as well as a draft law on state regulation of merchant shipping in the waters of the Northern Sea Route.
