Abstract

The article concerns the key idea of the educational policy in the 21st century – forming the person’s global responsibility – and substantiates its relevance and importance for the higher education. The essence and the content of this conception are being revealed. The idea of cultivating the person’s global responsibility is being proved to have domestic roots.
