Abstract

The paper focuses on the study of attention in 12-year-old children. 50 teenagers took part in the research: 25 boxers and 25 non-athletes. Higher rates of stability of attention in terms of time, concentration and distribution of attention in schoolchildren doing boxing were revealed. Sports training proved to have a positive effect on the processes in the nervous system that facilitate the development of cognitive functions.
