Abstract

This article analyses the study of the Russian Civil War at the present stage of the development of historiography. The strong and weak points of the new publications over the recent years are pointed out. The most promising areas for historians’ further research are considered. Problems presenting difficulties in their study are highlighted. The society’s interest in the aspects of the Civil War is considered.
