Lomonosov (Severodvinsk, Russia) e-mail: yulia-baza@mail.ru AbstractThe paper presents the project of an automated system of the software quality assessment according to the UML notation. This is a static model of the automated system project for implementing the integral estimation method of software quality and their components at different stages of the life cycle by creating a four-level hierarchical model for each factor of quality in accordance with the State Standard 28195–99 “Software Quality Assessment. General Provisions”. The model represents the structure of the system displaying the use cases, interfaces, classes and their interaction. The static model includes a description of the use case diagrams of the following modules of the system: using help, creation of a project of the software quality assessment, the software quality assessment, paper and report work on projects of the software quality assessment and relations with the external classes (an user, the back-end database OKPS.mdf, a text file and an editor) by appropriate interfaces. The designed static model is a specification of the functional purpose of the automated system of the software quality assessment. In the long term development the model will be expanded with the dynamic model (activity diagrams, statechart diagrams, use cases interaction diagrams), which describes the objects behavior, their methods, interaction and connections, as well as the state components transition processes and diagrams of logical and physical layout, reflecting the placement of components in technical devices of the designed system. Based on the project an automated system in the object-oriented development environment Visual Studio 2008 in the software programming language C# will be developed. The use of the automated system will provide the storage capability, processability and retrieve the results of software quality assessment for different stages of their life cycle, generate reports and projects documentation.Keywordsautomated system, project, static model, use case diagram, functions, software, qualityReferences
