The planned level of yield in volume of 3,5 t/ha was provided by organo-mineral fertilizer system and the system with the maximum dose of nitrogenous fertilizers, i.e. by the application of two kinds of nitrogen fertilizing. Application of fertilizers at crops at the rate of 1dt/ha in physical weight two years from four provided an essential increase of productivity of grain of winter ruttishness. The treatment of the settlement doses of fertilizers increases the content of a “crude” protein of 11 – 18 %. The highest content of a “crude” protein in grain of a winter ruttishness appeared at the maximum dose of nitric fertilizer (N130P40K65) that exceeded the control pattern without fertilizers for 1,94 %. The treatment of two extra nutritions of the winter ruttishness by nitrogen fertilizers N130P40K65 (N38+12+40+40P40K65) has increased the collection of a “crude” protein with a grain yield of a winter ruttishness in comparison with the control pattern (without fertilizers) by 1,9 times. The natural weight of grain corresponds to the basic standards irrespective of the introduced doses of fertilizers, and averages 695 g/l, the falling number corresponds to the 2nd class and averages 195 s. The winter ruttishness belongs to the 2nd class, and it is characterized as food, good on baking quality.Keywordsprotein of a winter ruttishness, falling number of a winter ruttishness, nature of a winter RuttishnessReferences
