Abstract

According to the results of the floristic research of 2007-2013 years in the Arkhangelsk region the habitat data of 16 rare vascular plants, 1 fungus, 1 moss and 1 lichen listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation and Arkhangelsk region were collected. Some new growth places of Gagea lutea, Coridalis solida, Gentiana verna, Ficaria verna, Neckera pennata are identified. For the first time the next species were found: Gagea lutea near the village Molodilovskoe (Kotlas District), Ficaria verna at the Kiroksa river basin (Kholmogory District), Neckera pennata at the Yumata river basin (Vinogradovskiy District), Thalictrum aquilegifolium at the surrounding area of the village Gorka (Nyandoma District) and the Luzhma river valley (Plesetsk District), Cortusa matthioli at the Smerdiya river basin (Kholmogory District). The population of Calypso bulbosa, Gagea lutea, Paeonia anomala was studied. For the Calypso bulbosa populations the age structure, the total number and density are determined. Calypso bulbosa population is one of the largest at the northern edge of the areal and consists of 265 species. At the same time at Khibiny Massif the number of species does not exceed an average of 62, and in the Pinezhsky Reserve - not more than a hundred. Fomitopsis officinalis is found on the trunks of Larix sibirica in the Laka river middle basin (more than 10 finds) and the only location in the territory of Mezen lowlands. The authors consider to recommend the population of Calypso bulbosa in the Starokoleynaya river basin as a botanical nature monument, update the Red Book of the Arkhangelsk region: transfer Calypso bulbosa to the category 1E (a species threatened with extinction) or as listed by IUCN - EN; Fomitopsis officinalis - from bio monitoring to the category 3 (R).
