Abstract

The article attempts to make a model of sacred geography in the traditional culture of the Nenets.
Three types of spatial orientations underlying it are considered. Static and dynamic levels of perception
of the natural and cultural landscape in the religious and mythological worldview of the Samoyeds are
described.
