Abstract

Geopolitics in the Arctic is a subject of growing interest among specialists in Russia and abroad, giving rise to various opinions about the processes taking place in the Arctic region. This review analyses two publications: one by a group of Norwegian researchers and the other by Russian scholars. Their views on the key problems of geopolitics in the Arctic are presented here.
