Abstract

The category of space lies in the center of the conceptual picture of the world of any ethnic group
and is being analyzed on the material of different languages in different directions, but ways of expression
of orientation according to the cardinal points in a language have virtually not been studied. Separate
publications on this issue are discussed in the article.
