Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical issues of training online teachers of mathematics while applying Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education. It dwells on one of the ways of training teachers for the distance learning system: inclusion of variable module in the educational program. An example of such a module is provided: “Distance mathematics learning in secondary school” developed by the departments of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia. Its content and structure are analyzed in detail.
