Abstract

The article dwells on the issues related to specific functions of the university’s educational system. The author justifies and validates criteria and indicators for the evaluation of functioning and development of the educational system. Criteria are identified allowing us to evaluate both the structure of the educational system and manners of the students. The selected criteria are considered by the author as priority ones, defining the level of efficiency of the university’s educational system.
