Due to the inefficient suppressor link, there emerge and increase in concentration circulating immune complexes, some immunoglobulins, and autoantibodies. In case of severe T-cell immunodeficiency these processes expose the human body to cell-mediated cytotoxicity.KeywordsPolar region, nomadic and settled reindeer breeders, cell-mediated citotoxicity, immune homeostasis.References
